We read your filling line's data straight from the Siemens S7 PLCs — no extra data-capture hardware on the line. Which signals we need is something we work out up front, together with your maintenance team.

We install the system, model your line and its machines inside it, and commission it together with you — on your site or in the cloud, whichever you prefer.
Customization & development
No two filling lines are alike. If an analysis is missing or a view doesn't match how you work, we build it — and you talk to the developers directly while we do.

How a rollout works
First we look at your line: which machines are in it, which PLCs are installed, and which question the software should answer first. That determines the signals we read from the S7. Then we set the system up, model your line inside it and go live with you. Finally we train the people who will work with it every day. Throughout, you have the same two people to talk to.
